New innovative online assistance system for tax filing: Decreasing barriers faced by low income communities

The overall purpose of the collaborative project between Seneca College and Prosper Canada was to build a supportive booking system for tax clinics serving low-income communities. Due to various barriers to tax 
filing, not all people file taxes in Canada. As this booking system will be free and accessible to low-income communities, it will eliminate some of the barriers by making the process of remote tax filing easier.
Moreover, the virtual tool will help the tax clinics to serve their clients more efficiently.
